Viewing/Printing Unofficial Transcripts and Receipts
- Unofficial transcripts and statements of account may be accessed via UMass Global’s Online Student Portal using your UMass Global username and password. Official transcripts may be ordered using the Online Student Portal as well
- Using your UMAss Global username and password, access your Online Student Portal and click on the “Student” tab
- To view your unofficial transcript, click “Student Records”, then click “View Your Academic Transcript”, then click the “Submit” button
- To order your official transcript, click “Student Records”, then click “Request Official Transcript”, then click “Click Here to Place a Transcript Order”. If you have taken more than one course, please view your unofficial transcript to ensure all courses are showing grades and credits before ordering an official transcript
In addition, official transcripts are available via email as a PDF “electronic” or as a mailed hard-copy “postal”. Please check with your school district and/or the appropriate office to ensure the method being chosen will be sufficient. No refunds are given for errors in the choice of delivery
To view your receipt, click “My Student Account”, then click “Account Summary by Term”
